What programming facilities offer Metrologic scanners?

All programming parameters are in the programming guide that come with the scanners.The most important ones are: RS232 parameters, codetypes, scanner operation modes, prefixes suffixes.
Programming can be done by scanning the programming codes in the programming guide or by using the Handset® (MS951, IS4120) Scanset® (MS6720, MS700, MS860) or Metroset™ (Orbit®) program. These programms offer you the creation of a .cfg file which in connection with autoset.exe can be used to download settings to scanners very quickly.
Handset, scanset and autoset will only work in a RS232 communication. Keyboardwedge scanners are not programmable this way.
