Spare parts, rechargeable batteries and accessories have a 90 days warranty.
Rechargeable batteries and the USB adaptor for the Focus BT have a 1 year warranty

Repaired scanners have a 90 days warranty time beginning with the invoice date.
The normal warranty time is valid when the remaing warranty time of the repaired scanner is shorter than 90 days.


Return Material Authorisation Number Procedure:

You can download the new RMA Form here as HTML RMA Web Form. to fill in and email directly on the screen or as PDF format. Please complete this and return to your supplier distributor or VAR. Please do not return any accessories (Cables, Power Supplies, stands or documentation). If you believe that an accessory is part of the fault please return the part in question and note this on the RMA form.

Lastly, please indicate the colour of the scanner you are returning. As we operate an exchange policy we will always exchange with Standard Grey unless otherwise indicated.

To assist you with the RMA Process, we have prepared the following flow diagram to guide you through the return process. If this process is followed we are confident that you will receive your exchange product within 14 Days.

RMA HTML Form to send your request online.
Fill out the HTML or PDF RMA Form, email/fax it to Metrologic Instruments who will email/fax or send you an RMA number
When you receive the RMA number please ensure that it is visible on any goods that you are returning
Do NOT return any cables, accessories or manuals
Return only those units listed on the RMA form
If more than one package being returned, make sure RMA numbers are clearly marked and that it is obvious that more than one package makes up the whole consignment
Please keep goods to be repaired under warranty separately from those requiring chargeable repairs
