| JOB SUMMARY |
|
Support South Eastern Europe and Middle East (SEEME) Sales team to develop specific customer solutions including custom configurations, host compatibility issues, and pre/post sales support. Provide ongoing information and support for existing products. Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. The candidate must be willing to travel within Italy and abroad.
Education requirements: university degree (technical field preferred), or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience in customer/sales support with experience in similar industry.
Special Knowledge/Skills: Proficient typing and keyboarding. Familiar with Microsoft
Applications. Fluent Italian and English.
